A full review of their existing strategy was undertaken, including a full environmental review consisting of the competitive environment, the consumer environment, legal and regulatory, operational solutions and economic.
We then identified gaps and opportunities within the client’s strategy which were then presented to the board in the form of a revised strategy document - complete with execution options, operational reviews and financial analysis.
This revised strategy was accepted, and we were engaged to deliver the strategy.
The delivery mechanism was a programme that had a number of streams. Two of the key streams (Marketing and Operations) were headed by Four6one.
