The programme's scope covered all of the client’s banking, savings, and business banking products, together with the Private Banking back office.
Shorter term initiatives were planned, and implementation commenced in less than four weeks under Four6one planning and governance. Results were seen quickly and senior managers were able to see how quickly the programme had gained traction to produce early tangible results.
The strategic planning scope included the implementation of a complete Business Process Management re-engineering programme on certain key processes initially, with further rollouts during 2005/06. Four6one's existing network of powerful IT partnerships is informing this process and there is scope to offshore certain processes.
